- ◆In addition to first aid for illness and injury, we offer a wide range of consultations including those for health promotion and concerns and worries about student life. Please feel free to use our service.
- ◆Medical examinations, first-aid treatments, health consultations, etc. at Health Care Center are all free of charge, but a health insurance card is required when it becomes necessary that a patient refers to an outside medical institution. Please be sure to carry your health insurance card with you at all times.

Health checkups are an important opportunity to check your health status, so please be sure to take one every year. If you miss the checkup, we will not be able to issue a certificate of health checkup, which is required for getting employed or admitted for master or doctor course. If you have missed the checkup and need a health certificate, please visit a medical institution on your own.
If you are a working student and have taken a medical checkup at a company, etc., please submit a copy of the result of the medical checkup to Health Care Center. The result can be substituted for the health checkup at Health Care Center. - ◆Certificate of health checkup
- We issue a certificate of checkup based on the result of the health checkup. Please use the automatic certificate issuing machine located in the Academic Affair Office to confirm the result of your health checkup.
However, if the result of the health checkup requires recheck, the certificate will not be issued. Please make an appointment and visit Health Care Center. （Apointment）
Please contact Health Care Center if you have a designated health certificate form. - ◆Alcohol patch tests are conducted in order to learn one's constitution with regard to drinking.
- ◆Smoking cessation support using smoking cessation medications (nicotine patches) are provided. Please make an appointment and consult with us.
